Notice is hereby given that Ordinances 183, 197 & 198 were adopted during a duly advertised public meeting of the governing body of the City of Elephant Butte, NM, on August 18, 2021.
Ordinance 183 is an ordinance establishing standards for age, condition, and installation of multi-section manufactured homes.
Ordinance 197 is an ordinance amending City Code Section 152 (Signs).
Ordinance 198 is an ordinance establishing zoning and other regulations for cannabis.
