Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 210 was adopted during a duly advertised public meeting
of the governing body of the City of Elephant Butte, County of Sierra, State of New Mexico on May
24, 2023.
Ordinance 210 is an ordinance is an amending ordinance 106 providing for the appointment of a
non-probationary employee to the position of City Manager.
This ordinance can be reviewed in its entirety at City Hall, 103 Water Avenue, from 8 am -12 pm and
1 pm – 5 pm Monday through Friday or on the City’s website www.cityofelephantbutte.com.
