Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 167 was adopted during a duly advertised public meeting of the City Council of the City of Elephant Butte, NM on September 6, 2017.
Ordinance 167 repeals Ordinance 83 and section 131.12 of the Elephant Butte code of Ordinances. This ordinance can be reviewed in its entirety at City Hall, 103 Water Street, From 8am -125pm and 1pm – 5pm Monday through Friday, or online at www.cityofelephantbutte.com.
