NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ORDINANCE NO. 153 WAS ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELEPHANT BUTTE, NEW MEXICO DURING ITS DULY ADVERTISED PUBLIC MEETING ON JUNE 17, 2015.
Ordinance No. 153 is referenced as “Repealing Ordinance No. 150 ” and hereby repeals Ordinance No. 150 – previously adopted on April 1, 2015 – to provide for entering into a loan agreement with the New Mexico Finance Authority. This ordinance can be reviewed in its entirety at City Hall, at 103 Water Street, from 8:00 – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or online at www.CityofElephantButte.com.
