NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ORDINANCE NO. 152 WAS ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELEPHANT BUTTE, NEW MEXICO DURING ITS DULY ADVERTISED PUBLIC MEETING ON JUNE 3, 2015.
Ordinance No. 152 is referenced as “Amending the City Code regarding the C-2 Commercial Zoning District. Specifically, City Code Sections 155.005 “[Zoning] Definitions” and 155.033 “Establishment of Official Commercial Zoning District Map, Zoning Districts and Boundaries” are hereby amended with revisions to lot coverage and setbacks, landscaping plans, site plan requirements, and permitted and conditional uses allowed.
