NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ORDINANCE NO. 156 WAS ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELEPHANT BUTTE, NEW MEXICO DURING ITS DULY ADVERTISED PUBLIC MEETING ON SEPTEMBER 16, 2015.
Ordinance No.156 is referenced as “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 31.02, 31.03 AND 31.04 OF THE CITY OF ELEPHANT BUTTE CODE OF ORDINANCES, RELATING TO A CITY ALCOHOL LICENSE TAX, IN ORDER TO CLARIFY THAT THE CITY ALCOHOL LICENSE TAX SHALL BE PAID ANNUALLY ON OR BEFORE JULY 1″.
