Notice is hereby given that Draft Ordinance 178 was approved for Public Comment for a 30 day period ending Monday, January 14, 2019, during a duly advertised public meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting of the City of Elephant Butte, NM on December 13, 2018.
Draft Ordinance 178 is an amendment of Section 40 of Chapter 51 of the City of Elephant Butte New Mexico Ordinance Number 119, Customer Complaint Procedures for Charges for Wastewater and Amendment of Chapter 51 Section 43 Voluntary Discontinuance of Service of the City of Elephant Butte Wastewater of Ordinance 119 dated 05.20.2009.
This ordinance can be reviewed in its entirety: Draft Ordinance 178 or at City Hall, 103 Water Street, from 8am -12pm and 1pm – 5pm Monday through Friday.
