Notice is hereby given that the City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at 2:00pm at City Hall, 103 Water Street. The purpose of this hearing shall be to consider adoption of Ordinances commonly known as:
Ordinance #159: Approving Funding for Sierra Vista Hospital
Ordinance #160: Granting a Franchise agreement to New Mexico Water Service Company
Ordinance# 161: Amending Ordinance 158 allowing golf carts to operate on City Streets
Complete Copies of the proposed ordinances are available for public inspection at City Hall during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please contact the City Clerk at 575-744-4982 X100 with questions regarding ordinances or at least 48 hours in advance of the public hearing should you require special accommodations.
