NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
COMPREHENSIVE SIGNAGE PLAN APPLICATION #CSP-15-01
Notice is hereby given that the City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday April 7, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. at City Hall, 103 Water Street to consider a comprehensive signage plan application in case #CSP-15-01.
Signage Plan Case #CSP-15-01 – 900 Highway 195, EBE/U7/B2/1.559 ac unplatted; Butte General Store and Butte Marine; Bob Owen, Applicant / Janice M. Connor, Owner. The Applicant has submitted a signage plan pursuant to Section 152.05(B) of the City Code which requires a public hearing in accordance with Section 155.006(F).
Copies of the application are available for public inspection at City Hall during normal business hours Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Please contact City Planner Bradford Dyjak at Planner@CityOfElephantButte.com, 744-4892 with questions regarding these applications.
