Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 193 was adopted during a duly advertised public meeting of the governing body of the City of Elephant Butte, NM on August 19, 2020.
Ordinance 193 is an ordinance designating the Seventh Judicial District Magistrate Court located in Truth or Consequences, Sierra County, New Mexico as the court with jurisdiction over the ordinances of the City of Elephant Butte pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 35-14-1(B).

Notice is hereby given that Resolution 19-20-116 was adopted during a duly advertised public meeting of the governing body of the City of Elephant Butte, NM on June 11, 2020.
Resolution 19-20-116 is a resolution declaring a severe drought and fire danger emergency and establishing restrictions on all open and controlled burning in the City of Elephant Butte.
